Khyber Pakhtunkhwa  Charitable and Religious Trusts Bill:

• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Charitable & Religious Trusts Act has been passed by the Provincial Assembly.

Constitution of High Powered Committee for taking back possession of Auqaf Properties

• A high powered committee has been constituted, headed by Additional Chief Secretary (P&D).
• Gunj Community Centre (Madrassa Jattan) building/plot taken over by Auqaf Department.
• Till now 07 cases have been resolved,5 sub-juidice and 6 cases are pending/ under resolved.

Khyber  Pakhtunkhwa    Protection  of  Communal  Properties  of Minorities  Act, 2013

• Act passed.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Evacuee Trust  Properties (Management and Disposal) Act, 2013

• Act passed.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Hindu Disposition of Hindu Disposition of Property Bill, 2013.

• The Bill has been approved by the Provincial Cabinet.
• Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has approved the Bill for its legislation in the Provincial Assembly.
• Introduction notice was received from Law Department which was further sent to Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for signature.
• The bill has been sent to Provincial Assembly for discussion. However the department has been informed telephonically that the bill has not been approved yet which will be discussed in the next assembly session.
